Hi,

I'm new to iMOTION and was wondering if I can generate an output like the following and vary the frequency between 20Hz to 200Hz.  The negative swing comes from swapping the output polarity through an H-bridge to the coils.  The PWM frequency should not exceed 20KHz.

The motor type is an 18VAC 2-phase synchronous requiring a 90 degree lag or lead for direction.

There will be a 10-turn pot used for position feedback on the table after the gearing.  Can I program acceleration/deaccel curves?

Hello @davygrvy ,

iMotion doesn't support two phase motors It is for 3 phase motors.

Best Regards,
Sai

Hello @davygrvy ,

Looks like the imotion is not designed to support two phase motors. However, we'll have an internal discussion with our teams and get back to you at the earliest.

Best Regards,
Sai

Thank you.  Disabling the W output and changing the phase angle of the V output to be 90 from 120, I think, is all that's required.
