I use M1_ IMC101t and M1_ IM241 official development board debugging motor, for the hardware part, I directly use Infineon official hardware.
The configuration parameters of the motor include resistance, ld, lq, KE, etc. I have confirmed multiple times with the motor factory that the parameters are correct.I use VF diagnosis to adjust vd_ Ext and speed can obtain stable waveforms.
However, when using the motor in practice, it was found that the current was very small and the motor was still unstable. I set the motor speed to 50RPM and adjusted issues 58, 60, 58, 64 kp, and 65 ki, but after trying for a long time, I was unable to obtain a FLX close to 2048_ M. How to make FLX_ Is M stable and like DC? How to make Flux_M be steady and DClike?
IMC102T datasheet states that it can controll totem-pole PFC.
Are there any examples of using TP PFC?
I can not find it in design software. Only reference is on IEEE article and
EVAL-M3-CM615TN, with no more information.

I got a TLE94112 HAT planned to Raspberry PI 4 B, But when I tried to install the multi-half-bridge library (https://github.com/Infineon/multi-half-bridge) by using "sudo pip install multi-half-bridge", I got some errors that it can NOT find the source files, the pybind11 version I installed in 2.11.1.
Can someone help me to fix this issue?
I stumbled upon this application note, which is very well written and serves as a guide for sizing the DC link capacitor for a DC bus.
There is a phenomenon that I cannot seem to justify in my head, and after doing my own analysis I feel I lack some understanding of why it is happening.
Page 14 shows a graph where VSpp (ripple) increases with duty cycle as you would expect, but when it reaches 70%, the VSpp starts to roll off. After doing my own analysis based on my own parameters and the set up described in the application note, I get the same results. VSpp starts to decrease when it reaches this threshold of around 70%. The calculated values are backed up by the real-world measured values, which adds a lot of credibility to this application as a design resource.
Intuitively, I feel this has something to do with the interplay between D, (1-D), ESR and the energy balance between the DC LINK and the inductance of the motor. But I cannot quite put my finger on it, is there a name for this phenomenon? Why does it happen?
I wanted to understand which all types of hall sensors are compatible with the IMC301a IC. I am trying to use ABI encoders and I am wondering if it will be compatible with the IC.

Hello everyone. Recently, the IMC101T-T038 chip was used to control a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and an MCU was used to communicate with the IMC101T-T038 through the UART port. After several months of operation, it was discovered that the chip was unable to communicate. The on-site inspection revealed that the MCU had sent a message to IMC101T-T038. The IMC101T-T038 had no response. The oscilloscope was used to check the transmission and reception foot waveforms. The MCU had transmitted waveforms, and the IMC101T-T038 did not respond to the waveforms. Communication returns to normal after the power is turned on again. The firmware burned by IMC101T-T038 is IMC101T-T038_A_v1.03.03.ldf
I just discovered on Infineon's official website that the IMC101T-T038_v1.03.07_releaseNotes document has the following instructions. Please ask the experts to help me to see if this problem in the MC101T-T038_A_v1.03.03.ldf firmware is causing the IMC101T-T038 to fail to communicate with the MCU. Thank you!
