after reading different documents about the M1-101TF (IMC101T-F048) I got different informations about the controller device package, such as LQFP48, LQFP64, QFN48, QFP48...
But on MCE Wizard there's four choices (see attached file), which one is the right one ?

I am working on bringing up a custom board. We have a lot of experience with the IMC101TF048XUMA1 and have integrated this into our design. I am using a iMotion-Link to attach a PC to the board for programming. I am trying to establish the initial communications and to program the initial Firmware onto the IMC101TF048XUMA1.
I can see the UART signals (0-5V) arrive at RX0, pin 45 on this part, but there is no response.
I have also verified on an oscilloscope that the signal is as expected. It arrives at the pin with clean transitions, and I used the same 'scope to verify the UART signal as a series of 4 bytes from MCEDesigner - as you can see on the plot below. Here you can see the incoming signal on the bottom trace. Of course, to look for the response I also zoomed out and looked to the right and found no response from the TX0 pin 46, nor did the MCEDesigner app connected to the port.
One thing I did notice is that the pulses measure at an equivalent of 113.2kBaud rather than 115.2kBaud. This is what the iMotion-Link generates. Is this enough to cause the signal to be rejected by the IMC101?
Any thoughts on any reason why the device might not respond to this signal?
Here's a schematic snippet for reference. We are using 5V for power, and power is applied to the board.
I am using the EVAL-M1-301F MADK board. I can already successfully program it with CMSIS DFP installed in KEIL.
I am trying to launch UART, later will attempt same with JCOM as described in use case examples but the API's are not working. I think the drivers are missing or outdated. Would it be possible to get a complete uVision project example?Show Less
I have used IC IMC102 controller Motor to start the motor.
In the configuration MCE Wizard, I set the switching frequency (inverter =Fsw=6Khz & PFC= Fsw=55Khz).
But because the switching frequency of the inverter is 6Khz , the sound noise of the motor is high and this is annoying.
On the other hand, with the increase of the switching frequency of the inverter, ،Total CPU load becomes more than 90%.
I need frequency switching PFC 55Khz and Fast control rate =1 ,
What solution do you offer to remove audio noise without increasing Total CPU load?
I am making project by using Eval-M1-101TF & Eval-M1-IM535 power board to Run air-condition inverter Compressor having BLDC DC motor. I am Getting 2 Error in Mce designer
1. RMS Current as per compressor Catalogue Gmcc 1.5 attached also. Current Compressor input is 4.2A, RMS will be 4.2*.707 is 2.96. but MCE Wizard Accept value 1.5 or Below as RMS current.
2. Parameter give Error same in DC Bus under Voltage level I try to Enter 260V but it give Error only
Accept 6V or Less Value.
Compressor Manufacturer Catalogue is also Attach. Pl Guide what I am doing Wring.
I try to use Imotion Link with Eval-M1-101TF with MCE Designer but it not connect. I am using Eval-M1-101TF stand alone no external power is connected.
Imotion Led Status
3.3v out Red Led is on
Debug Green Led is on
Com Led is off
If I use usb connection MCE Designer works fine. what will be the Problem.
I have MADK board EVAL-M1-301F. In the user guide I found that:
Access to MCU via SWD debug channel (Segger® J-Link light)
Looking through schematics I cant find needed signals in the isolated part of the board. I can only see that connector X102 has traces with the on board debugger XMC4200 pins P2.4, P2.5, P2.8.
Could you clarify the X102 connector pins purpose and how to program the MCU of the IMC301A-F064 in this board? (Keil uVision5 CMSIS pack installed, code compiled, do not know how to properly flash and debug).Show Less
