Hello, I am using your TLE92104131QXXUMA1 motor driver. Since CPUV is 1, I get SUPE = 1 error and I cannot exit Fail Safe Mode.
Writing in the datasheet;
1. Clear GENSTAT register.
2. Write WDTRIG bit to 1 (GENCTRL1) within the watchdog period.
3. Write WDTRIG bit to 0 within the watchdog period3).
I apply these situations, but I cannot clear the GENSTAT registry. Can you help with this?

                                   when I Run Motor with full Load it was Running for few Moments. Then is start Giving Error  Flag 128.

I check User manual but fault Flag Available in Range 0-15. 

Can you pl help what is this Fault Flag 128.

Greetings!  I have a few questions from a newbie.

I am using the EVAL-M7-D111T and LVMOS driver board and have MCE Wizard parameters set for my 24V FAN motor.

1. My motor does not seem to want to run below 500 RPM.  What parameters can I change to improve this performance at lower speeds?  My desired RPM range is 200-2500 RPM.

2. My motor startup with MCE Designer seems a little unstable and takes about 2 seconds to start up with some jitter.  How can I get a smoother startup?

3. When running at 500 RPM, the actual RPM varies quite a bit.  Please see attachment.  How can the parameters be set to allow for a more stable RPM?  I noticed that the RPM does get more stable when the motor has a load attached.

      I want to Know Q85 How to Calculate the Motor1 Current Input to ADC Offset Voltage  Value. I am Using Eval-IM535 according to data Sheet EVAL-M1-IM535 evaluation design, which means 1 A motor current produces 25 mV voltage to ADC input, MCE_Wizard’ s “Motor1 Current Input Scaling” needs input of 25 mV/A.

Kindly Guide How to Calculate the value of Q85.

Could you know l me how much load is the Cdclink 1000uF for on the BTN 9970 Spec?

Design for output load Rating is continuous: 7A, peak(over current): 25A. How many capacitors should be used to meet such application conditions?Can you provide the calculation method? Thanks!

we are trying to run a hermetically sealed compressor with a CTE620N3 and M1-101TF.

Unfortunately, we can't measure the motor parameters accurding to the Infineon guide. We have no possibility to rotate the motor as it is inside of a compressor that is comlpletely sealed (please see pictures attached) and, if we try to open it, we will destroy it together with the motor.

Is there any other way to measure the parameters?

I am using Eval IMM101T-046M with STM32F303RE.

Currently, I am uploading the parameter file (Two Motor and User UART configuration files on pages 0,1 & 15) through stm32.

As we discussed earlier, it is impossible to come back from user UART to MCE mode.

Now, I want to upload parameter files if its need. so How to check if it's already uploaded with the same parameter file?

For now, I am storing flag = 1 in stm32 flash memory after the parameter file is uploaded. But it does not work perfectly. Because if I want to upload the parameter file again or if I connect a new board. At that time, the stm32 flash memory has flag =  1.

If (Flag == 1)

// Avoid parameter file upload

else

// Upload parameter file

I want to reset this flag at the time of uploading or I want to read the IMM flash memory.

We have an inverter project for asynchronous motors.

For this purpose we bought the following board:

Now I read in the manual that the firmware is written for BLDC motors.
Can you help us what to do if we want to use these boards with an asynchronous motor.

Hello, trying to drive an inverter refrigeration compressor, runs perfectly at low speeds (1200 to 2000rpm) but got gatekill motor fault when speed is increased above 2000rpm.

During configuration with MCE Wizard I got warning about Overcurrent Trip Level For Internal Gatekill Comparator, reducing the value doesn't takes out the warning message.

I don't know what to adjust to have the motor running at 4500rpm (or at least 4000) without faults.
