Dear all,

I would like to ask you wether I can use the component TLE7209-3Raum instead of TLE7209-2R ? I had a look at tbe specifications and the only difference seems to be that 3R has a larger output current than the 2R. (These IC's are used to control qas ventitile in benzin cars, like, for example, Peugeot 206).

Hi, I'm going to run the motor using the imotion solution.

i  operated motor without pfc.

but i can't operate pfc.

how to clear faults like photo?
the faults occur always.

hi  can anyone advise me of  the cause of a problem that I have.

I have built a PCB  that is a copy of the evaluation  pcb schematic.  It is being controlled by the duty cycle input.

the board functions turning on and off as requested, but the  three high side pwm outputs are all being produced at the same time.  so the motor is not being driven.  

I have exactly the same problem as already described in this link. It says that it has been solved. As I understand it I have not solved the problem yet?

how can I activate the field for the Class B safety ? for me it is grayed out. I use the IMC102 T64

motor parameters:

220vac,maximum power:1.2kw

rated Amps: 10A

Poles:  10

Stator resistance:  3.15ohms

Lq  inductance: 0.93mH

Ld inductance:0.93mH

Back EMF constant: 7.46V/krpm

Max RPM:  15000RPM.

the  Ques60 - Flux Estimator Time Constant,  I write 5 times the motor time constant( L/R):5*3.15/0.93=1.48.

When I calculate parameters, the following error prompt appears:

this is the following post of  EVAL-M1-101TF configuration.

We changed our parameters as described in your replies, and test some other different values.

However, we always have a gatekill error.

Try 1 : in "normal" mode (angle select and CtrlModeSelect with value 2)

=> The motor always stop with a gatekill error about 160rpm. We think that it would be the transition speed from open_loop to motor_run mode.

Speed and IU unzoomSpeed an IU zoomedSpeed and Flux

We can see just before the gatekill that IU is increasing a lot.

Gatekill always occured at 160rpm.

Here is a video to the motor run :

Try 2 : in openloop mode (angle select with value 0)

=> We succeed to spin the motor at 500rpm without issue.

I am using I motion solution designer to tune my motor controller (IMD111T).

I can see some fault has triggered and the motor stopped.

Have no idea what this fault could be.

How to find the type of fault that occurred in I motion solution designer ?

I have another question,  how to set up field weakening with this new tool?

I cant find this parameter in this tool.
