Can MCE be reset through serial port or script? Alternatively, what method is there to reset MCE?
Hi,
this is the following post of Gatekill issue.
We use a developped Power PCB (based on EVAL-M1-05F804R) and EVAL-M1-101TF.
I have read all the documentation about parameters and tuning (Imotion control Engine Documentation).
1. When I run the motor in openloop mode (with attached configuration file) :
-the real speed motor is different than target (MotorSpeed shown in MCEDesigner is 800rpm, but the motor run at 240RPM (I measure with a tachymeter).
-The IU Waveform is not clean (I attempt to observe a clean sinus)
=> I suppose that before turning into FluxAngle mode, Iu should be perfect ? How could I Tune it ?
2. I try to tune the current regulator.
My configuration (attached to the post) is 600rad/s bandwitdh.
=> I put into current mode (angleselect=0, CtrlModeSelect=1, TargetSpeed=0)
With 600rad/s, i'm waiting a 63.2% current max at 1,66ms.
The default KxIreg is 0.061, and the timing is too long (more than 10ms).
I put a scope on one Phase (yellow signal) and on Iu signal to the board (pink signal).
I Changed the KxIreg to 0.4, and timing seems to be ok now.
However, when I go back to OpenloopMode, motor do not start (the default value = 0.061 seems to be ok since motor is spinning with this parameter).
Is my procedure to tune current wrong ?

Show LessHi I'm running a compressor motor.
Some compressors can operate well without problems, but the current compressor shows a motor current waveform as shown in the picture below.(U phase)
The compressor motor produces a lot of noise.
Which parameters should I modify?
Current waveforms have different peak values by repeating peak values.(Unusual)
I also attach the MCEWizard file.
Please check.
Thank you.

Please tell me the conditions under which the output of TLE92108-232QX is as follows.
Global Error Flag
GEF = 1
Global Status Byte
SPIE = 0
OC = 0
VDSE = 0
SUPE= 0
NPOR = 0
TE = 0
FS = 0
In p.32, Figure 20 of the BTN7030-1EPA data sheet, it is stated that DEN = EN = 0 must be kept for tstandby or longer as a transition condition to sleep mode.
How many seconds is this tstandby?

TX :01 06 03 82 01 00 FB 77
RX: 01 86 03 82 00 00 FC F7
When I sent the tx as above, the rx response came.
Is there a problem with that protocol format?
Why isn't the pfc working?
It is possible to operate the pfc using MCEDesigner.

Ground Reference is described on p.8 of "BTN7030-1EPA Design and PCB guideline Application Note" of the BTN7030-1EPA application note.
Is it correct to understand that if the peripheral passive elements are arranged as shown in Figure 10 and the signal GND and power GND are connected, no potential difference occurs between the two GNDs in the motor drive application?
For example, if a potential difference of 2V is assumed to occur between Signal GND and Power GND, can the potential difference be eliminated by the configuration shown in Figure 10? Please let me know if there is any problem.

Show LessHi,
looking for PCB based evaporator motor and condenser motor and compressor controller. using breakers to operate those. I would like to go with PCB based controller and the required power to motors and compressor must drive through the PCB board.
voltage and current rating as below
Compressor - full load current 14.8A, running 11.2A
condenser fan - full load current 2.5A
Ventilation fan - full load current is 3A
need tripping of compressor if the load current is more or short circuit or thermal protection. compressor will off if the set temperature is reached to set point.
indication of temperature and set point adjustment
inputs to the board , pressure switches and tremo start or any RTD or any temperature element to read the temperature.
Please let me know if any more details required
