I'm using imc102t for controlling my 6pole bldc motor and I have interfaced a arm cortex m4 controller to interface things when I try to run the motor by declaring 30500 as my ramp rate motor is getting stalled ,if I lower the value to 15000 it's running fine but the response is little slow is there any way can I rectify this issue.

I am having a strange problem, I cannot push the motor over a certain speed.
I have a 7200rpm motor, but I am able to make it spin only up to nearly 4000rpm.
The strange part is that it is not giving errors, the drive accepts the target speed (say, 6500 rpm) but is not able to push the motor over 4000 rpm.
I have tried to change parameters like Field Weakening and back-EMF, and I could reach up to 5000rpm, but never full scale.
I have noticed that when it is unable to accelerate the current current looks like this
Instead, when it running normally it looks like this
I am a bit confused, what other parameters should I check?

Show LessHi, I'm working on Invertor compressor using EVAL-M1-IM535 controller board with EVAL-M1-101T-F048 controller. I have read manuals for both controller board "EVAL-M1-IM535" and controller. But now I'm stuck. My motor isn't running properly. It starts for a few seconds "approx 2 to 3 sec" then suddenly it stops. Amperes also aren't going above 0.51 A with full load.
I don't know which parameter is the problem. Kindly look into my MCE file and guide me.

[Question]
The data sheet states that the dead time specifications depend on the Slew Rate level. Is it possible to provide specific numerical data or any documents that include such information? If not, I would appreciate it if you could at least tell me the dead time when SR=0.

Is there any documentation about the configuration of the PFC PID regulation?
I am talking about those parameters specifically:
I tried to use them on a eval-m3-im564, but they don't work (Overvoltage protection).
I actually broke the eval while trying to move those parameters.
How should I proceed?

I don't understand how to calculate this part. Reading the datasheet doesn't make sense.
1. Can you explain what Tpwm means?
2. Can you explain what Flxtau means?
I need a calculation for Flux estimator time constant.
Can anyone explain this part easily and briefly?
I don't understand even if I read the datasheet.
Even if I calculate based on the expression in the Data Sheet, I keep getting strange values.
Please share the easy calculation method so that I can understand it.

I am trying to ensure correct SPI communication with TLE94103 component, and the problem that i faced is that i always get NPOR bit set to zero even if i send a clear for global status register it is always set to zero so i always have global error set.
