we built a IMC101T-T038 + FP35R12W2T7 board to run bldc compressor, and control via uart with external microcontroller. Firstly it can start and run this compressor properly, after running for many hours and stop properly. And then restart it, sometime it can start properly and sometime cann ot start properly and the IMC101T didnot report any faults. please advise us the solution. We also attached the mc2 file and running waveform for your reference.
Show LessHello There,
I hope you are doing well.
I searched so far about the configuration file EVAL-M1-IM323.mc2, and I didn't find it.
As in the attached picture from the user guide of EVAL-M1-IM323.
So Could please anyone help me for that?

Show LessI use M1_ IMC101t and M1_ IM241 official development board debugging motor, for the hardware part, I directly use Infineon official hardware.
The configuration parameters of the motor include resistance, ld, lq, KE, etc. I have confirmed multiple times with the motor factory that the parameters are correct.I use VF diagnosis to adjust vd_ Ext and speed can obtain stable waveforms.
However, when using the motor in practice, it was found that the current was very small and the motor was still unstable. I set the motor speed to 50RPM and adjusted issues 58, 60, 58, 64 kp, and 65 ki, but after trying for a long time, I was unable to obtain a FLX close to 2048_ M. How to make FLX_ Is M stable and like DC? How to make Flux_M be steady and DClike?

I am able to configure GPIO 1,2,3,4 and 10 as outputs. However I cannot seem to configure GPIO9 as output. There seems to be some D/A output on GPIO9. It is set as output on the Script Configuration page in MCE Wizard.
Is there something else I need to do to configure this pin 3 as an output? Thank you!

hi all
I am working with a motor with a current rate of 45 Amps and I have set the motoring current limit to 90% and over-current for internal gatekill comparator as 75A. I am using a 3mohm shunt resistance. The motor is rated to run at 3000 RPM but I have set to run it only at a max of 2500RPM, and when i I try to Run at 2100 RPM I face Gatekill error even at No load condition. I have checked the external comparator using an external Oscilloscope, where there is no error signal being generated. When I check with the scope in MCEDesigner the error is generated above 30Amps, I have the doubt over the internal comparator. Plz Help me in this regards.
Show LessI used to drive IMC101t-t038 by the Duty cycle application control interface. In the sensorless method I can set the Duty cycle option in MCE Wizard. But in the Three Digital Hall sensor method I could not set the Duty cycle option in MCE Wizard.
There is no option in Hall sensor mode. How can I resolve the issues?
Show LessIn Infineon's page there has a solution about about Electric parking brake.
I have a question about whether this solution can satisfy VDA's(Verband der Automobilindustrie) requirement of EPB ?
If it can satisfy VDA's requirment it may be a very good cheap solution for EPB.

Show LessHello!
IMC102T datasheet states that it can controll totem-pole PFC.
Are there any examples of using TP PFC?
I can not find it in design software. Only reference is on IEEE article and
EVAL-M3-CM615TN, with no more information.
Best regards,
Karol
