Hi, i am planning to design a 3 phase inverter, used to control 3 phase asynchronous motor. Because of the limited budget, I want to use IGBT IKA15N65ET6 (650v - 15A) and IRS2308SPBF or 2ED2109. Don't know if such hardware is ok? I use pulse width modulation method sinpwm with modulation frequency from Stm32 of 16Khz

Hi,
I would like you to once go through CIPOS™ Mini IPMs . You can see the part IFCM15S60GD . IPM Simulation Tool is also available, where you can modify parameters based on your application and do the simulation

Hi,
Good Morning!
Can I have some details from your side:
- What is your application?
- Inverter Power rating?
- Modulation technique used - SPWM
- Nominal DC Link Voltage and percentage ripple?
- Output fundamental frequency range (min to max)?
- Switching frequency is 16kHz
- Inverter output line-line rms voltage range (min to max)?
- Have you decided any heat sink, if yes provide me heat sink parameters.

1. Three phase motor speed control
2. The motor maximum power is 1.8KW
3. SPWM
4. This I have not found out. But in my thesis I will need to supply DC voltage of 60v - 220v - 380v respectively. I supply DC voltage directly from battery and no need through rectifier
5. 5hz to 55hz
6. Yes 16Khz
7. RMS voltage output in my thread will be equal to input DC voltage
7. I don't know which one to use

Hi,
Did you go through CIPOS™ Mini IPMs or you want to go ahead with a 3 phase inverter assembly and driver?
