we found the ADC accuracy of IRMCF183M is very low. the following data is DC bus ADC sampling data. we can't find any explanation about ADC accuracy in datasheet. so i want to know the ADC accuracy of DC BUS ADC sampling results?

Hi Fergus,
This doesn't have to be the problem with ADC. There are many factors that affect the ADC results: Your PCB layout, shunt resistance select and solder installation, etc.
For using our controller IMCF183, this product are obsolete, not much support remains anymore.
We are recommended to you our new iMOTION 2.0 with IMC302Acontroller, for your new design.
