Regarding Diode directly under the shunt resistor of IPM (IKCM20L60GD)

IPMに関して1つ質問があります。
IKCM20L60GDのデータシートP12を確認すると、ダイオードはシャント抵抗の真下に接続されています。
このダイオードを実装することは必須ですか？
実装しなくても大丈夫ですか？

ダイオードの目的はITRIP端子の負バイアスがかからないようにすることだと思いますが、間違えた場合はコメントしてください。

Inverter legsが故障モード（Over current）になった場合、Inverter legsにより多くの電圧がみられるようになります。

この故障モードをモニターするうえで、ダイオードは必要になります。

また、inverter leg電流は正電圧であるため、ダイオードには負電圧は見られません。

ダイオードの使用について詳しく説明させていただきます。

The diodes usage will be below passion it basically does OR  operation. If any of the inverter legs go into a faulty(Over current) mode so that leg will be seen more voltage. Since we have one ITRIP pin and the inverter faults will be three.

the faults are mentioned below

1. single leg fault
2. two-leg  fault
3. three-leg fault

In the worst case, we need to monitor any of those faults so we need these diodes in OR operation
