M1-101TF controller device package

Hello,

after reading different documents about the M1-101TF (IMC101T-F048) I got different informations about the controller device package, such as LQFP48, LQFP64, QFN48, QFP48...

But on MCE Wizard there's four choices (see attached file), which one is the right one ?

    Please select the third option TQFP-48.
