Hi Sir/Madam, 

I would like to confirm is the Pin of 39 & 40 of IMM101T-046M, is that necessary to mount on PCB Board ? 

I had check the PCB Layout of EVAL-IMM101T ( iMOTION™ MADK Starter Kit for IMM101T Smart IPMs),

-->  there is no solder pad on it.

But information in Datasheet,  Note is mentioned :

--> " Pins 39 and 40 are not required to be connected electrically on the PCB but are recommended to be soldered for mechanical stability. "

Does it means the pad need or need not to solder on board ?

We are absolutely sorry for the delay,

as mentioned in the datasheet, pins are to be soldered to the PCB.

Thanks for feedback. 

I had found the statement in datasheet. The pins are not necessary to mount on Brd, as below :

Yes as mentioned in the datasheet, it provides mechanical stability for the controller.
