EVAL-M1-05F804R : C14 and C15 Value

Could you tell me what the value of the C14 and C15 NPO condensator of the EVAL-M1-05F804R  board ?

It is written 102 NPO on the schematic, but i could not find the exact reference.

unfortunately, i could not find the detail into the BOM (see attached pictures).

It is a ceramic capacitor, but I can not find the exact ref.

   The value is 1000pF.
