Hello,

I'm trying to install ModusToolbox version 2.3.0. I'm launching installation providing admin privileges. But after installation It's showing error as shown in screenshot attached(screenshot28). Is this normal or causes problem..?

After Installation while selecting new application I can't able to select any board packages as it showing no internet connection as shown in screenshot(29). How to proceed further.?

Hi @AdarshMaurya 

The ModusToolbox installation might not be completed. Can you please try to install it again? The system should have internet connection while opening the Project Creator tool, since it fetches the required BSPs pointed by the super manifest file(.xml).

Can you please tell me why you are using ModusToolbox version 2.3 specifically? The latest version of ModusToolbox 3.0 is available in this webpage. Please try installing the same and see if any error occurs.

There is two options:

1. If you need to stay with Tools 2.X then please use ModusToolbox Tools 2.4 from https://softwaretools.infineon.com/tools/com.ifx.tb.tool.modustoolbox and install https://softwaretools.infineon.com/tools/com.ifx.tb.tool.modustoolboxpatch24 that will fix the problem with GitHub access. There is no patch available for 2.3, so you'd have to use 2.4

2. (RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY FOR NEW DESIGNS) Use Tools 3.0  from https://softwaretools.infineon.com/tools/com.ifx.tb.tool.modustoolbox
