Hi, I was facing issue while creating New application

After installing ModusToolbox(latest version 3.0.0), while creating new application i was facing some issues.

WARNING: Error downloading 'https://modustoolbox.infineon.com/manifests/mtb-super-manifest/v2.X/mtb-super-                                manifest-fv2.xml' -- Connection timed out
ERROR: all super manifests were invalid, no data loaded
ERROR: Manifest loading completed with error.
