The package install process can be found according to this guidance:

Distance2Go 24 GHz radar demo kit for ranging, movement and presence detection 

Before using Radar GUI, you should install Infineon Toolbox from:

http://www.infineon.com/Toolbox 

Then you can download GUI in this toolbox with Infineon account and password.
