Hello,

I use the Hexagon Application Kit XMC4500 and i want to read from ISOFACE IN, and write the data to ISOFACE OUT. (with SPI)

Now i need the pins to read from ISOFACE IN (I found the tables on Page 2557 but I am not able to get the right pins)

I am working on workaround solution of ADC for xmc1100,in interrupt array stores 100 values ADC_Result=VADC->GLOBRES&0xFFF; how to sum these values from array and make average of it

Hi. I'm using Infineon SAF-XE167F-96F66L microcontroller and have some problems with managing startup modes.
According to XE166H Derivatives User's manual (13.3.1, page 13-7) I can choose between following basic startup modes:


But in my case looks like it doesn't read state of TRST pin.
If P10.0 = 0, P10.1 = 1, P10.2 = 1, it successfully starts in UART bootloader mode and I can flash him via Infineon Memtool.
If P10 pin configuration doesn't match any other from this table (e.g. P10.0 = P10.1 = P10.2 = 1 ) it starts from internal flash.
But it doesn't read the state of TRST pin, so if I make TRST = 0 and P10.0 = 0, P10.1 = 1, P10.2 = 1, it still goes to BSL mode.
Could you please tell me what is the problem? Maybe I'm using wrong manual? Show Less

XMC1000 devices provides two channels to be used for ASC BSL mode.
When the device started, the pins for ASC BSL will be pull up and the startup firmware will detect the changes on these pins.
The startup firmware will detect any raising edge or falling edge on these pins to determined which channel will be used for ASC BSL.
Therefore, in any case, DO NOT connect any capacitor to any of the BSL pins even it is not used for ASC BSL.
This is because with capacitor connected to these pin, the voltage will be raised slowly on the pin with capacitor connected.
Due to this delayed, the firmware will detect it as raising edge and this pin will be used as ASC BSL pin.
Hence, the actual ASC BSL pin will not be activated. Show Less

Hello,

i want to controll a graphical LCD Display with my XMC4500. I have conected pins with the pad class A2 to the databus of my display. Accordinc to the datasheet it schould be possible to toggle A2 pds with about 80 MH. My XMC is coufigured to have a system clock of 120MHz. However i have only a toggle speet of about 1MHz. Do i have to configure something to get a highet toggle speed?

Hello everybody,

   

  I have a problem with a project on the CY8C28452 device. I can program the custom board I have for it using PSoC Programmer. However, if I try yo program it from PSoC Designer it doesn not work, since the board I have is populated with a CY8C28433, which seems to be a similar device. When I clone the project, and port it on the new device, I can program the board from PSoC Designer, but it does not run correctly.

   

  Can you, please, help me with some advice on what I should do?

I’m trying to transfer data from ADC-SAR to UART using the DMA. For this I followed the Configuration showed in AN52705, but I’ve got this error:

Hi,

I have been trying to use CAN controller of TC275 and have gone through the driver code given by infineon. In the reference code I the CAN nodes are connected via loopback mode. When configuring it that way I can recieve data being sent from one node to the other. But when I turn off the loopback mode and connect CANalyzer with CAN0 pins I get no communication. Can anybody tell me what is it that I must be missing ? Show Less
