Hi, i have see some Microcontroller datasheet such as TLE9879QXW40, they have BF step and UH step two different design step,  So whats the detail different between BF step and UH step? is the chip same?

Hi @CareyWang,

 

There are some changes in manufacturing the chips and hence the markings are different.

In FW changes as per the errata sheet section 1.3, “The USER_ERASE_SECTOR, USER_ERASEPG, and USER_PROG routines make use of the RAM byte at 0x18000014. Any data being stored there is overwritten.” This applies to the UH step. We advise contacting the local FAE for further details.
