Hi @RJ_0701 ,

The Temperature sensor in this case is used for monitoring the chip temperature and PMU regulator temperature. Only the selected sensor is considered for the overtemperature shutdown. The device has a locked upper limit for overtemperature to keep it protected. If you need to adjust the level of protection based on your application, you can try changing the prewarning threshold instead.

Note: We don’t have an example code specifically for handling overtemperature. As it depends on the application of the customer. But you can check our various example codes for the implementation of overtemperature protection.
