This is Sivaram, I am having a basic question regarding the BLDC Shield IFX700T evaluation board.
Q. What is the trace inductance between the Source node of the TOP switch and the Drain node of the Bottom switch in the half-bridge driver IC IFX700T in the BLDC shield?
Please share the information.

Hi Sivaram,
for parasitic inductance of the device please see attached. For the board itself we haven't done an analysis, but as a rule of thumb, for each mm pcb trace assuem 0.5nH ... 1 nH.
