First question asked Welcome!

Hello all,

I have a question about how to set this chip output  high impedance state?

Eg: I want to output_3 pin  to output high impedance state, not high or low level, so how to set this register ?

Thank you very much!

Hello Embers,

Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.

The image you shred shows the Enable/Disable register.
This is different from turning the bridge High or Low.
As shown in the image, you can set the HB3_HS_EN and HB3_LS_EN registers to 0.
This will put the half-bridge in High-Z mode. This is also the default mode.

In order to make the output of the half-bridge High or Low, you can use:

For a High output, set all the registers (D7 to D0) to 1.
For a Low output, set all the registers to 0.
This will change the PWM output to 100% on and 100% off respectively, which would give you the High/Low functionality.

Best regards,
Pablo
