tolerance of package & footprint for BSZ215CH

Hi,

I'm trying to find the tolerance of package & footprint for BSZ215CH from the home page but i couldn't.

Would you help me get the tolerance of BSZ215CH?

-. Dimension tolerance of PCB footprint

Thanks for posted on infineon community,

Dimension tolerance will be given  for the  package outline, 

This tolerance is based on the manufacturing process and die. 

Foot print diagram will be having the dimention suggested. PCB manufacturer can give you the tollerance for your design.
