There will always be some gate voltage coupled from external. SiC MOSFET may have more gate voltage coupled, due to the fast switching. If the couple gate voltage is higher than the threshold voltage, parasitic turn-on will happen. This is why Infineon design the SiC MOSFET with the high Vth voltage.
