I am going to purchase some sample of IPN80R900P7 MOSFET for our LED lighting design project. But it is unable to source it in the current market. Any alternative component can be advised?

Can you please share us your application specification and schematic of your design if possible. With this we can suggest the device of suitable specification for you. 

If you are just looking for the exact specifications as IPN80R900P7 , then you may use one of the below options

1. IPN80R750P7 - Exact match in terms of footprint, but may have slight differences in the overall losses, which needs to be evaluated for your application.

2. IPLK80R900P7 - Exact match in terms of specification, but has a different footprint which is capable of higher dissipation than IPN80R900P7, hence will require a layout change.

Both the components are in stock and you may choose one of them based on your requirement. Please let us know if you need further assistance on this topic.
