Hi @medox ,

Since IRFP360 is a VISHAY product, it's recommended Infineon’s 500V-950V CoolMOS™ N-Channel Power MOSFET as an alternative.

Based on the PG-TO247-3 package, here are some potential alternatives：

IPW60R045CPA  IPW60R075CPA   IPW60R099CPA 

You can also use the Infineon MOSFET finder tool for a personalized filtering.
