excess mold flash/adhesive on typical metal surface (PN#IPB65R190CFDA)

 

Most of MOSFET can find the excess mold flash/adhesive on typical metal surface.

Is that normal/popular in MOSFET? May concern about the condition involve the problem after soldering. Thanks.
