Hello @ydhote44 ,

Unfortunately, we do not have Verilog models available for Infineon MOSFETs. We do have SPICE models, which can be found in below link.

https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/promopages/power-mosfet-simulation-models/

If you have a VERILOG code for any MOSFET, you can refer to the device parameters from these SPICE code and modify the Verilog code accordingly.

However we could not understand what 'Level 38 MOSFET' refers to. Can you please elaborate.

Regards

Thank you for the response .

The LEVEL 38 Cypress Depletion MOSFET model (Cypress Semiconductor
Corporation) is a further development of the Synopsys Level 5 MOSFET device
model.

it is one of the standard mosfet model in hspice.

so i am searching for verilog a code of level 5 or level 38 model .

Hello @ydhote44 ,

Unfortunately, these models were published decades ago and we no longer support these. As mentioned earlier, you may consider using the SPICE models if you would like to simulate any of the Infineon MOSFETs.
