hi

we have a query..we are using IRS2092 CHIP along with Mosfet FDP51N25, we are using mosfet driver 

ZXTN25100BFHTA  and ZXTP25100BFHTA.

this is 2000w audio amplifier.

we are able to get ZXTN25100BFHTA part..but PNP part is not available ,,long lead time.

we are getting ZXTP25100CHTA.....the difference is in peak current ..

can we use bfhta part (NPN) and CHTA part (PNP) combination

pl advise

Hi,

The NPN part selection is ok. It is having a source current of 3A.

For the PNP part ZXTP25100CHTA we are not able to find any datasheet. We are assuming as ZXTP25100CFHTA for which datasheet is available and Peak sink current capacity noted as 1A. Can you share us the FET internal Gate resistance value? since we are not known this value we are not able to conclude now. But, RG-EXTERNAL +RG-INTERNAL+RCE(SAT) will limit the sink current IG-SINK-PEAK = (VCC-VCE(SAT))/(RG-EXTERNAL+RG-INTERNAL+RCE(SAT)) if this value not going beyond 1A you can select the same. with head room, else you have to increase.
