As there is no public information yet on the M1H MOSFET modules, can someone at Infineon confirm that the part numbers listed under the "M1H Replacement" will be direct pin-for-pin compatible replacements for the M1 parts which they are replacing?

For example, the F4-23MR12W1M1_B11  is discontinued and has been replaced with the F4-17MR12W1M1H_B76.  Is the pinout and package identical between these two modules? 

The discoloration is always found on the drain plate. Is that normal? 

Try to replace this part direct on my board, but not able to boot up after replaced.

I'm looking for a very high voltage Si FET at very low current.

The best catalog part I've been able to find is IPN95R3K7P7ATMA1

I'm looking for a part with Vds max over 1300V.

my actual current will always be less than 1.5 mA worst case

my potential quantity is moderately high 50K to 200K/ year

do you  have anything and or might they select for high Vds

from the 950V IPN95R3K7P7 parts??

  Is CoolMOS SOT223  products (eg: IPN60R600PFD7)  wave-soldering compatible? An appnote or KBA reference will be much appreciated.

I need to make a Resonant Inverter, with AC output.

• application is an AC power supply
• Topology: LLC or other
• Input: 12V to 24V DC
• 100 kHz
• 100W
• 0 to 20A continuous
• constant voltage
• 0 to 5V
• Inductive load: Several coupled inductors. The secondaries won't be rectified. 
• pure sine
• soft-switched
• 1/2 bridge or 1/4 bridge

We will not rectify or filter the output. 

Our load is several coupled inductors. We won't rectify the secondaries of those load-inductors. The load requires AC power. 

What Infineon parts are recommended? Seeking FET's, gate driver, controller, etc

Hi all,

Please let me know about the negative voltage of the 1700V CoolSiC MOSFET.

Regarding the gate voltage, the datasheet says “please refer to Application Note AN2018-09”.

So, is it okay to use the graph below for 1700V "M1"?
