Hello Everyone

I'm using the auirfb8409 and I'm verifying the issue with the RDS deviation of this product.

RDS deviation of power FET depends on VGS.
What is the deviation of RDS mass production products for each VGS?

Hi, 

usually the lot plant lot data is not shareable to the public, if you require it than please contact local sales.

however even in the various products manufactured for  example different lot production the variation will remain more or less same to as mentioned in the datasheet.

based on your operating current, you can see the variation of Rds on wrt Vgs.
