BSC077N12NS3 used by Inverter customer in H-Bridge converter and facing intermittent failure .

Customer has requested for Vds breakdown voltage test report for BSC077N12NS3 to understand tolerance with this device .

seeing the datasheet what i can tell u is this is a 120V mosfet at nominal temperature the  

minimum voltage it can tolerate is 114V at negative temperature.
