Two questions: 1) With the aging of the driver(1ED31) , will the Input to output propagation delay change? 2)With the aging of the SiC MOSFET(IMZA65), will the turn-off delay(td-off) change?

1) The input to output propagation delay( t_PDOFF ) of  the driver chip 1ED3121MU12H is  80ns ~ 100ns at specified condition. Will this value change with the aging of the chip?

2) The turn-off delay time (td-off) of the SiC MOSFET IMZA65R027M1H is 21.6ns under a certain condition. Will this value change with the aging of the device?

Are there any material to illustrate this problem?

Hello,

Please find my answers below.

1) No the propagation delay will not change with ageing. The propagation delay increase happens only in opto gate drivers.

2) The turn off delay of SiC MOSFET will not change much.
