Hi, I want to use FF2MR12KM1 in my design. But I saw on the website that "New generation of M1H product FF1MR12KM1H coming soon." May I ask when it will come? And Is it the same footprint?

Hi @zhya

Thanks for posting on the Infineon developing community.

For all discontinued M1 parts, replacement products with improved RDS_on (M1H)will be available in Q1/2023.

.

And Is it the same footprint?

I will check this internally and update you.

Best Regards,

Akhil Kumar.

Thank you so much! Its footprint is very important for my design. If it keeps the same one, I can start to use the old generation in my design now. And It can be directly replaced after the new one comes. Looking forward to your update.
