Hi Kuo,
I have reviewed your Schematic. You can consider following components
Sic MOSFET - IMZA65R048M1H
Gate driver for Sic MOSFET - 1EDB9275FXUMA1
Gate resistance – 10 ohms or lesser. ( Using higher resistance like 100ohms will increase turn ON and turn OFF time which will increase the switching loss)
