Hello
Recently I purchased the Evaluation board EVAL_3K3W_LLC_HB_CFD7 it gives the output voltage between 43.5 volt to 59.5 volt.
Along with the board I also got the source code of the in the exclusive content.
I uploaded the same source code in the evaluation board using KIT_XMC_LINK_SEGGER_V1 debugger by following the steps
1. Import the project in the DAVE IDE
2. Generate the code
3. Build the project
4. Debug the code into microcontroller
5. Resume the debug and then stop.
Problem :- After uploading the same source code into the evaluation board the board is not giving the output voltage means it is not working as same as before but I didn't change a single line in the code.
There was a hex file also in the source code folder but which I was not able to upload in the evaluation board.
I want the board to function as same when it was procured from the Infineon there is no physical damage in the board.
Regards
Ashwani

Hi Ashwani,
Hey if you leave the GUI open and connected the converter, are there any FAULTs being displayed in the STATUS field?
Also try the firmware that is attached here and let us know the LED status.

Hi Ashwani,
Regarding the hex file, may I know the software tool you used to program? What exactly is the error you are facing while programming?

Hello PranavaYN
Thanks for your reply
For uploading the Hex File I used XMC Flasher tool.
For uploading the source code I used Dave IDE tool.
There is no error in the programming, source code uploaded successfully in the board. But after uploading the code the board is not giving the output voltage.
It should give the output voltage between 44 to 59 volt adjustable trough GUI.
If you want I'll share the source code with you in the message if you can look into it.
And please tell me the steps I mentioned in the post for uploading the code are correct ?
Do I need to upload both the source code and Hex file in to the board for the proper functioning ?

Hi Ashwani,
Can you please change the margins for the "zero" of the output current sense:
The +10 and -10 shall be increased to +100 and -100.
The ouptut current sense is centered around the mid of the ADC sense rail, but there could be some deviations due to resistor divider tolerances in the op. amp. circuitry. The variables are in the file "config_adc.h"
Please let me know if this works fine.

Hello PranavaYN
I changed as you suggested "The +10 and -10 shall be increased to +100 and -100" but still the board is not giving the rated output voltage, it is only giving 7-9 volt in the output

Hello
Only the Green led is glowing in the control card.
Also the COM led of the KIT_XMC_LINK_SEGGER_V1 is blinking when I am opening the SMPS GUI.
Here I am attaching the Video of the steps followed to upload the code into the board and the parameters of the GUI.
