SPD09P06PLG Process Is there any change in the production process of SPD09P06PLG? How can batch 18+and batch 22+be different internally? Is the internal difference related to the batch or origin production line?   

The attachment is a third-party testing report. Can we confirm whether it is a material issue or a circuit design issue based on the testing report?

The mentioned batch 18+and 22+ means the different DC code? If there is any change in the production, a PCN(Product Change Notification) should be send to customer/distribution. Please check with the distributor or the sales about this information. 

If a batch problem is suspected, please use the same batch product to try to reproduce the problem. If it is a problem with the Mosfets product, it must be reproducible, and the waveform in the SOA should be provided to prove that the product is damaged in the SOA. 

From the failure analysis report it's more like the over current reason. It's hard to confirm it is a material issue. As for circuit design issue, you could do the circuit analyze/white-box test/Water enters/Protection issues/Derating requirements.

Please also check with test center if they could give a more specification reason like overcurrent/over voltage. This could be helpful to do the circuit analyze.
