SIC simulation tool based PLECS model

Based on PLECS model, what simulation software should I use? Whether you need to build a model?

Hi,

You can do simulation with our PLECS model on PLECS.

If it's a device model (.xml file), normally you have to build a circuit by yourself and then set thermal description with our model.

Hi cooper,

Currently we don't provide AFE topology and some SiC MOSFET devices simulation on IPOSIM. It's better to simulate with our model by yourself.

Or you can try to contact local FAE for further help.
