Dear,

Three-phase two-level AC DC, Vin =380Vac,  output power 15kw, driver R =10Ω,heat sink temperature 100℃,switch Frequency 45Khz and 65Khz condition , please help kindly  provide thermal simulation , many thanks~

We don't provide this simulation result online.

However, you can simulation by yourself under given condition with attached PLECS model.
