There is an error while interpreting sub-circuit for spice block, the error information is as below:
Parser error in line 2
Expression A=1 could not be read.
context : .SUBCKT S4-40_A_VAR DD G S0 SP TJ PARAMS: A=1 RSP=1 DVTH=0 DRDSON=0 DGFS=0 INN=1 UNN=1 RMAX=1 GMIN=1 RS=1 RP=1 DC=0 RMET=1U
What's the reason?

Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.

Please let us know which simulation software you are using. Infineon products work great with Infineon simulation software. 
In case you are using Infineon Simulation software:
As per the error, parser error generally means some issue in installing; please see to it .
Also, it says the error is in line 2, which suggests a syntax error, probably a compatibility issue. 
Please share the error message screenshot so that we can verify it at our end and help you in a better way.
