Hi,

The Drain, Source and Gate Inductances of the AIMW120R035M1H can be found in its spice model.

Please find attached the spice model of AIMW120R035M1H and the shown parasitic inductance of Drain, Source and Gate.

The Drain, Source and Gate parasitic inductance of IMW120R220M1H is nearly zero.
