I saw the document of PFD7.
Is there any characteristic for the "low EMI" feature listed on the site below?

PFD7 is a series of improved body diode recovery, so please refer to the Reverse diode characteristics in the data sheet.
If recovery is improved, noise reduction due to L * di/dt can be expected.
However, when used in a Full bridge rectifier wiht PFC, no current flows through the body diode, so noise reduction effects cannot be expected.

Dear SoU_4942226,
Thank you very much for your posting IFX Power MOSFET forum.

I have one request.
Could you please described the documentation (datasheet) which you referred, including the link if available?
This kind of information would be helpful for us.

It would be appreciated if you comprehend for this.

regards,
