Hello, there is currently a customer who wants to do a server power conversion project. About3300 W 52 V LLC with 600 V CoolMOS™ CFD7 and XMC™(EVAL_3K3W_LLC_HB_CFD7) and 3300 W CCM bi-directional totem pole with 650V CoolSiC™ and XMC™ (EVAL_3K3W_TP_PFC_SIC) two options,Can the source code of these two programs be open to customers?

Yes, we provide source code to the customers. The whole information (design files and source code) is available via the "Product Registration":
https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/promopages/productregistration/
For this, a serial number is needed, which confirms that you have purchased the board.

Or you can also contact the Infineon sales team or submit request through this page
https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/about-infineon/company/contacts/product-support-form/.
