I downloaded the .lib file

* INFINEON Power Transistors *
* Level-0/1/3 PSPICE Library for CoolMOS Transistors C3A 800V *
* Version 271212

Where can I get the belonging .olb file for Capture?

Regrettably the olb file is not available for the mentioned device.

But you can create it by your own using the "Model Editor" which you can find in the "PSpice Accessories" folder.
Just open the .lib file and use the export function "Export to Capture Part Library".

Check the part's pin numbers to connect gate, source, drain in the right way.
