Hi there,
please find attached for L1 level simulation
please convert it to .txt file
L1 level simulation is used for - Transient, switching losses and , efficiency analyses, Behavior of device over full temperature range.
kindly use the mosfet name as IPB65R050CFD7A_L1 and mosfet prefix as X.
also make sure that for junction temperature simulation you need to create symbol or use any available 5 pin model and convert it to IPB model.
Hope this solves your problem.
Thanks.
Sushank.

Hi there,
thanks for the question,
please use this file attached we have added some additional definition in the current library file. please convert it from .word to .txt file.
note that while assigning the Mosfet name use complete name as mentioned in the library file including the model name for example - IPB65R050CFD7A_L0 . and under the mosfet prefix make it to X instead of MN.
currently using this lib only cool_tech0a and cool_tech0b model will work however there is a third model for L1 level analysis requires the use of cool_tech only which is currently not working and we are working on it.
Thanks.
