Does Infineon offer ESD ratings for their power MOSFETs? If so, where would that information be found?

I'm specifically asking about N-Channel Power MOSFETs.  I would like to know in general, how to find this information for any component.

you can use this above link to find the information, put the part number of your N channel mosfet under OPN or SP search. than click search, 

you will get the information on various topics related to mosfet. 

for ESD rating - click on product qualification report 

other information you will get is :

• Data Sheet
• PCB design data
• simulation moels
• cross reference search tool
• application note
• product qualification report 
• FIT report
• material content 
• others relevant

Thank you for the quick response and link.

Infineon's ISC030N10NM6  doesn't show a Product Qualification Report or any information related to ESD. However similar parts do. Is there a general or family Qualification Report for Power MOSFETs? Or is there a precedence to use a PQR of a similar part in the same package or the same part in a different package? Note: Some parts have PQRs and some don't.

I do note that ISC030N10NM6 is in a SuperSO8 5x6. 

The same part in a TO-220 = IPP030N10N5 has a PQR

The same part in a  TO-220 FullPAK =  IPA030N10NF2S  does NOT have a PQR

The part with a lower RDSon ISC027N10NM6, but in the same SuperSO8 5x6 package does have a PQR
