MARKING VERIFY OF P/N IRF540NPBF

HI Sir,

May i ask you is this material come from INFINEON?

seems the marking is difference....with the specification, 

one of them haven't the IR LOGO and two of them the DOT mark at difference places,

please kindly help to check and confirm, thanks.

Thanks for the response, but i need to clarify this part is INFINEON or Not..

otherwise not allow us for production.

for the 15.png i found some details at infineon website, seems TO-220 have old version,

but the marking don't show the DOT mark..is this marking always have difference place.
