Part "IRFS38N20D" got Discontinued, whether "IRFS38N20DTRLP" or "IRFS38N20DTRLPbF" is replacement part?

Also please confirm, all Electrical specs and Mechanical dimensions are still the same?

IRFS38N20D has 3 OPNs (Orderable Part Number).

IRFS38N20DTRLP's product status is still "active".

All these OPNs has the same electrical & mechanical specifications, only the packaging is different.
