First question asked Welcome!

I am trying to understand how to import an ISC0602NLS model into LTspice.  There is a file called: OptiMOS5_80V_LTSpice which contains the power FET in question when I go to the product page and download the spice simulation files.  Normally the models I have imported in the past have only 1 component and I build it by creating a component from subcircuit.  How would I go about importing and using this model?  I attached the relevant file.

Thanks for the help.

Hello @Patrick-Epirus ,

The same approach as you have followed in the past applies here as well.

1. Open the .lib file in LTSPICE

2. The file contains the .subckt definitions for a set of components. Find the .subckt definition for the ISC0602NLS. (You may use ctrl+f function)

3. Right click on the component part number and then select create symbol.

And it is done.
