Please provide the Vds and Vgs conditions for which Id vs Tj characteristics are to be derived for these parts.

Hi Meghana ,

Vgs >10V  and Vds is low as device is fully turned on when Vgs >10V.

You can check Id Vs Tc curve in other Mosfet datasheet,  for ref you can check IPP045N10N3.
